Classroom Management: Behavioral management planbound by school rules. Given respect cards, 3rd

offense takes away recess. Developing respect and a mutual relationship is the ultimate behavioral prevention plan Students are expected to be quiet once seated in classroom Teacher asks students to stay with him when they get off track and will say hes disappointed if students do not meet his expectations. Class routine- Begin class with daily science activity, teacher explains the days lesson or project, and then students begin working on it. How is class work organized?? No homework anymore. Teacher interaction with students consists of socializing and joking with kids to create a personal connection and then transitions into serious lesson discussion. Greatest challenge in class control?? Class size the classes are getting too big, tough to communicate. Controlled chaos, more interaction less control. I will establish concrete structure and organization in my class routine

Resources: In this day and age technology has become a huge tool in teaching in the classroom. Next year Fall Creek Intermediate will provide iPads to all of its students and staff. These will replace textbooks through digital copies. Other educational applications

will also be used. However, how will the teachers be able to control what the students are doing on their iPad. While the class is supposed to be reading chapter 4 of their science book from their iPad how is the teacher supposed to monitor that to make sure are not playing flappy bird. In this class the teacher asked for parents to donate to acquire a 3D printer for the classroom. That costs $2,400! The printer will be used for the engineering based projects that Indianas state curriculum is now geared towards.
