Braised Pork Belly and leeks Ingredient : 2 stalks leeks, 600g pork belly, 1 chilli Seasoning : 2 tbsp soy

bean paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken seasoning powder, 1 tsp sesame oil Method : 1. Cut leeks into shreds. Cut pork belly and chilli into slices. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in the claypot, stir-fry pork belly till fragrant. Then add chilli, leeks and seasonging and stir-fry well. Serve.
