Baked Miso Fish Ingredient : 300g fish fillet, lemon Seasoning : cup miso, a tbsp.

p. rice wine, 1 tbsp sugar Method : 1. Rinse fish fillet and drain. Marinate with seasoning in a bowl for 2 hours. Rinse lemon and cut into half. 2. Rinse marinated fish in cold water, then place onto grill rack in oven. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Squuze lemon juice onto fish before serving.
