Baked Pork Belly Ingredient : 2 cloves garlic, 600g pork belly Seasoning: 3 tbsp barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp dark

soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tsp sugar, tsp pepper

Method: 1. Peel garlic and chop finely. Rinse and drain pork. Marinate in seasoning and garlic in a bowl for 30 minutes. 2. Place pork on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 250C for 30 minutes. Serve
