    Most of the call blocks occur around Gampost cell radius. We re-dimension the CE allocation for Gampost and allocate more CEs to the high traffic sector for now. R99 384kbs services can be reduced to PS128 or PS64 to recoup CEs. However this will affect uplink throughput
