Duck Rice SERVES SIX

Ingredients: eight dams of duck, some olive oil, a pepper , some spices, some salt, some stock, a mug of black beer, two glass of orange juice, four cup of rice, two onions, some garlic, a cup of peas, a cup of corn of the cob, some herbs. First, cut the vegetables into small pieces. Then throw in spices and salt on the duck. Now heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Next drop in the dams of duck and fry them for about eight minutes. Add some stock and two glasses of black beer. Cook for about two minutes. Then Liquefy cilantro, heat the olive oil in a pan and then add some onions, some cilantro, some garlic, some solt and some rice. Cook for about two minutes and add some pepper cut, some peas, some corn of the cobs and two glasses of black beer. Finally, serve it immediately with some salad. It takes about thirty minutes to make and youll love it!.
