SERUNDENG UBI

AESTHETICS OF THE FOOD: Due to its really bright colour and a very crunchy texture, this make this food a very good snack and it is also able to be used as a companion to rice, and noodles. Since this food has a long kind of shape, and since it is small you do not need to mind about getting a different thing since its all the same and made into one.
CUSTOMERS&FUNCTION: Most of the people who bought this food are tourist, but some local people there also buy it. The reason to that is because how it does not smell the house very badly, and able to be used as a breakfast or dinner or lunch partner to your food. Everybody in the house have eat the food and since this food is really famous, not only Padangs people who ate it but also a few javanese people. Serundeng Ubi have spread around this country and many-many people have tried it and use it as their food in their house. But with that in mind, still the original recipe to it is in Padang. This food has been a very interesting food and people have eaten it with their family.!

SAFETY: You could always store this food inside the tupperware and it could hold for a long time. or, you could tighten up the plastic you open neither using tape or any methods you would try * no glue*. If thats done, keep it on a certain amount of temperature like putting it in the refrigerator. Why no glue is allowed? because the sharp smell of the glue can directly pollute anything. If it were attached to the opened plastic, the smell and how it taste could change.!

WHAT IS IT MADE OF? The serundeng ubi is made based on how people wants it to. It is composed of the ubi itself and also the peanut which is roasted. Added with the half fried billih sh.! Finish making the rest of the materials. Making the sambal balado to be stir fried together with with the ubi and the peanut. ! Wait for around 30 minutes and enjoy.!

ENVIRONMENT: The product is actually able to be produced anywhere. But in Padang, the serundeng have one more recipe that is mouth watering. used the balado sauce and also the bilih sh. are mixed together inside the mixture of the tuber. A prove of how the environment in padang could help the production of serundeng ubi could be seen during the process. To make this, you would not need other needs of cooking material. Just a bowl, and a frying pan. You do not need other machines to help you and it does not create a lot of pollution. The resources use are also from farmers living there. While the ingredients are fresh, immediately cook it. !
