Received a 911 hang up call from this location. Spoke with Northampton Control who stated that a male caller wanted to speak with Orange PD to report his vehicle as stolen. Caller hung-up during transfer. Narrative: spoke with RP who states that he is in main custody of his male friends vehicle. RP states that he lent the vehicle to the involved female and the vehicle was supposed to have been returned to him by 11am on Saturday. Narrative: RP advised once again that someone tried to enter his apartment in that he was sleeping all day and woke up to find that his dead bolt (key only used to unlock)and handle lock were open but the bandits were unable to make entry because he has a padlock on the interior and exterior of the door. I advised that he has reported this type of activity many times in the past. No entry made, do not believe the incident occurred. RP appears to have mental health issues, undiagnosed. She advised that the father made vague threats via text/phone concerning J.C car and that he would not return the son on scheduled court ordered time. I contacted E.B at which time he reported S.B never made arrangements for the 4pm instead of 3pm. Advised situation would be recorded. E.B advised that S.B told him she was keeping the child for the weekend though the probate orders give visitation to E.B for this weekend.
