Nutrition is the key to good health, look young, having power and control your weight naturally and safely. But, due to the demands of our everyday activities and the lack of knowledge on issues of nutrition, it is very difficult to achieve a good, balanced and complete power. Most people think that to be healthy you should eat a lot, others say that just enough and a small group, only what is necessary. But the truth is that we should not just eat, but also to feed ourselves; and that is the point where I want to get to the student to understand the importance of a good diet answering the essential uestion. How we can become attractive? Why do we need to maintain good nutrition? !tudents through a brainstorm e"pressed their knowledge about good food and good nutrition, which is the key to keep the body healthy. !tudents investigate the issue and respond to uestions of unit # why is important to health.
