5 cups water
Method : 1. Peel ginger potato. Cut into thin slice. Soak in water. 2. Soak sago for 1 hour (water level should be sufficient to cover content). Drain well. 3. Bring 5 cups of water to the boil. Add rock sugar. Boil until sugar dissolves. Put in sago. Boil until semi-transparent. Add ginger potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes. Serve.
