Rice Balls Coated with Coconut Ingredient : 12 frozen sweet rice balls, 2 cherries, cup desiccated coconut Method:

: 1. Cut cherries in small pieces. 2. Boil water and cook rice balls until they rise to the surface. Simmer another 2 minutes, remove. When hot, coat with desiccated coconut and arrange in a platter. Top with cherries as garnish.
