    C.AIRCONDITIONING AND MECHANICAL VENTILATION ITEM DESCRIPTION UNIT QTY Supply and install 24000 Btu/hr high wall no mounted type split unit as west point or similar with power rating of 220/240V, 1 PH, 50Hz and must be using R22 refrigirant. The unit shall have a battery operated remote control. Provide for wall mounting of the remote control and installation of condensate drainage pipe 18 PVC 22mm diameter of appropriate length to discharge water to planters/road drainage.The unit shall have airflow of 110 cm with noise level of between 45-52 Db (A) and power consumption of 3.35 KW with reciprocating,rotary or scroll compressor type.
