    Chocolate Caramel Bars 2 c. flour, divided 2 c. oats 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda tsp.

(ake at 3)*+ for 1) minutes. $prinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. ,hisk caramel topping and c. flour until smooth- drizzle over top. $prinkle with reserved crumb mi&ture.
