During our time together January 28, 2014 through January 30, 2014, we will prepare for and engage with the Board of Commissioners in a strategic planning session. This survey is intended to "jump start" our discussion surrounding a SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Challenges) Analysis, and identify potential goals or initiatives for consideration by the Board of Commissioners The SWOC questions are intended to get your perspective on both the County government and the community...please think about the County organization as you answer the questions about strengths and weaknesses - and the community when you think about opportunities and challenges.
