P&P NAMED AS OFFICIAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING PARTNER FOR ALTAMONT FAIR
Schenectady-based P&P will handle all outreach efforts on behalf of Altamont Fair
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (March 7, 2014) --- Schenectady-based P&P has been named as the official marketing and advertising partner for the Altamont Fair. This follows P&P being named as the official marketing and advertising partner for the Altamont Craft Beer Fest earlier this year, which is held in September, also at the Altamont Fairgrounds. The agreement, which was signed this week, names P&P as the agency-of-record for the Altamont Fair. The companys work will include redesigning the fairs website, print materials and signage, along with a proactive media and digital outreach plan. Growing up in Schenectady County, the Altamont Fair has always been an annual tradition for my family, along with many area families. P&P is excited to work with the fair this year and hopefully for many years to come, said Dan Crowley, president and founder of P&P. As one of Upstate New Yorks premier events, the Altamont Fair remains rooted in supporting the agricultural community. Over its 100-year-plus history, the Altamont Fair has remained a steady attraction for patrons of all ages, mixing midway entertainment fare, local vendors, agricultural exhibitions, and more all under one banner. Through various marketing platforms and tools, P&P aims on protecting and growing the Altamont Fairs brand and philosophy.
