The Corghi AW winder is an intelligent automatic winder designed for the rewinding of small yarn packages, skinners, etc. It is the only winding machine available in the market using the thread guide system enabling it to rewind any type of yarn. The Corghi AW winder can produce cylindrical or conical packages, as well as pineapple cones with different shapes, depending on the angle of crossing selected. The winder comes with automatic knotting as well as a reliable automatic dofng system. Winding speeds of up to 1000 meters per minute can be achieved with perfect winding quality. The AW winder is equipped with a user-friendly control panel that simplies and automates all winder functions. This includes meter countering, winding speed, crossing angle, reserve yarn build, and technical data concerning the knotting operation.
