Urbistondo Ingredients I whole chicken (chopped to serving pieces) 1 kg liempo (chopped to serving pieces) 1 whole garlic 1 large onion Ground pepper 2 Laurel leaves 1 cup vinegar cup soy sauce 2 tsps. salt 2 cups water Procedure 1. Clean chicken and pork pieces 2. Pound and chop the garlic and slice the onions into small cubes 3. Using a sauce pan mix 2 cups water, 1 cup vinegar, cup soy sauce, chopped garlic and onion, 2 laurel leaves, pepper and salt and mix the sauce well until salt is dissolved 4. Separate half of the sauce to another sauce pan 5. Add pork to one sauce pan and add chicken to the other to prevent the chicken from breaking to chunks 6. Cook both mixtures until pork is tender and chicken in well cook 7. Remove the meat from the pans and boil the sauces on one sauce pan until mixture is thick
