If your s looks similar to this one, you have a lot of re-working to do] I am an organizer of SINS- a service line wide networking event conducted at my firm. Several shows and games are hosted as a part of this event which then culminates in a grand finale. I was in charge of planning, arranging the logistics and sending out communications mailers to the participants. An event of this magnitude requires team coordination and along with three other members, we began our preparations. The first step was to decide on the dates of the events- this would give us an idea about the time we had in hand to prepare. The next was to plan the games accordingly-the game which required extensive logistics would be conducted on a later day. While arranging, we were faced with several impediments-each one had to be overcome before proceeding to the next. We were denied access to the equipment on the decided date and changes had to be made at the last minute; the delivery of prizes was delayed and enrollments happened till the final minute. It was a big challenge to overcome each of these deterrents and conduct the shows successfully. It was one enormous learning experience at the end. It showed how important it was for each member of the team to work in tandem with each other to achieve success. It also showed that management is the key. When things are managed sensibly, no hurdle is impossible to overcome. And, last but not the least, this experience proved to

me that there is always enough time to complete things with perfection, even if it seems impossible.
