Minutes of the meeting of obiero self help group held on 3rd/nov/13 a kellos home at 1600hrs

The meeting officialy opened with a ward of prayer from mama ruth nafula Min 03/11/13b The chairperson welcome the members in to the meeting and gave the secretary achance to read the minutes of the previous meeting and was confirmed to be the true reflection of the meeting dated 6/07/13 Min 03/11/13c drilling a borehole The meeting was introduce to aprocess of brainstorming with the main objective of acquiring permanent water supply for both domestic and commercial use. Mr George okello proposed that a dam should be dug to supply water for livestock and crop farming. This was rejected by majority of the members; stating that water from a dam will not satisfy the whole objective as human consumption will not be fulfilled. Mama Judith atieno. Proposed that aborehole was dug at mr okellos homestead for the group but it does not survive the drought; so if there is possibility of digging it deeper to reach Min 03/11/13d way forward. To fulfil the objective of providing adequate and suitable water supply mr Christopher okumu proposed that the group should find alikeminded organization to help in drilling the bore hole. This was seconded by mama Judith ationo Ministry of water and irrigation was proposed as the best organization to help the group achieved its objective. And this was agreed upon by all members Min 03/11/13e. There being no any other business next meeting date 8/dec/13 was schedule and the meeting adjourned with award of prayer from ruth nafula.
