    Eureka Design Public Company Limited (EUREKA) would like to inform you that the Board of Directors Meeting, Session 3/2013, on August 13,2013 passed important resolutions in summary as the follows; 1. Approval of the Financial Statements for the accounting period ( of six months ) ending June 30,2013. 2. Approval for the employee joint investment program, the detail as the follows; 2.1 Propose : To be a retention tool as well as to motivate the employee for higher performance. 2.2 Period of 3 year , start from Jan 1,2014 to Dec 31, 2016. 2.3 Condition : All staff who has service years more than 1 year. 2.4 Maximum rate to joint 5% of salary depend on employee performance evaluation. 2.5 Program Budget : estimate 6 million bahts. 3. Approval the oversea business plan for registration of the establishment of four new subsidiaries of the Company with details as follows; 3.1 Registration of four new subsidiaries are 1. Eureka Design International Company Limited as a holding company at Singapore 2. PT Eureka Design Indonesia 3. Eureka Design India Company Limited 4. Eureka Design Vietnam Company Limited. 3.2 Type of Business : Engineering design and assembly machine. 3.3 Registered capital and budget : 30 million bahts.
