I have been working for Fluid Control & Engineering Co. for one & half years and
currently taking the role of Asst. Manager (HR & Admin). After completion of my
studies I have joined as an executive HR & Administrative support for Fluid Control &
Engineering Co. During my probation period I have also completed a Project on Job
Analysis & Job Specifications for this company. It is my proud privilege to mention here
that owing to my sincere support and confidence on my job I was promoted to Asst.
Manager HR & Administration for this organization.
However, being an employee of a very small firm I often realize that I am
underemployed. Whereas I would like to pursue my career as a hardcore HR & Admin
professional, the learning opportunity is very limited here. Under such circumstances I
would l like to offer my candidature for a mission driven organization where there is a
chance to apply my theoretical knowledge in the practical ground.
As far as the educational background is concerned, I am an honors graduate in
mathematics under Dibrugarh University, Assam. Although I was motivated to engage
myself in a professional career, I failed to do so, just after graduation, due to acute
financial support. However with my enthusiasm and hardwork I have completed PGDM
with HR specialization from Academy For Professional Excellence, Kolkata under
AIMA.
I am very sincere, tenacious, disciplined and hard worker. Hope, I would be able to
