BARANGAY CERTIFICATION OF CALAMITY

This is to certify that Daniel E. Dumapit, of legal age, Filipino, is a bonafide resident of 23 J. Alonzo St., Daanghari, Navotas City. It is upon his request that we issue this Certification that last August 22, 2013 (Thursday), Bagyong Maring and Habagat brought intense rain to our Barangay, which, along with the high tide, caused flooding, making it impossible for most residents to leave their houses. This Certification has been issued for all legal purposes or intents this may serve him.
