GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

I. All Participating Teams Are Required to Complete the Registration Formalities before 9.30 AM On 22 nd Jan 2014. (Reg Fee Rs. 250 Per Head For PG Students And Rs. 200 Per Head For UG Students). Students are required to bring their own laptops and other accessories. All The Participants And Those Accompanying Them Should Carry Their Identity Card/Letter Of Introduction From The Parent Institution, Which May Be Produced For Verification, On Request. Transportation Facility Will Be Available from KSRTC Bus Station, Private Bus Station and Railway Station Kottayam on 22 nd Jan (Last Trip 8.50 AM Contact No: Deepu 9447150655 ) Please Send your Confirmation On or before 20 Phone.

Participants Are Required To Maintain The Decorum Of The Institution. Any team who indulges in indisciplinary activities will be disqualified immediately. The Events like Best Management Team, Marketing Game, HR Game are for PG Students While Product Launch, IPL Auction are meant for UG Students. Network gaming is a common event and Surprise Events will also be conducted as part of the Event.
