Note:

Although the rollers are required only for 3 hours as per norms of output, but the same have to be available at site for six hours as the hot mix plant and paver will take six hours for mixing and paving the output of 225 t considered in these analysis. To cater for the idle period of these rollers, their usage rates may be multiplied by a factor of 0.65. Quantity of bitumen has been taken for analysis purpose. The actual quantity will depend upon job mix formula. Labour for traffic control, watch and ward and other miscellaneous duties at site, including sundries have been included in administrative overheads of the contractor.
