Medical students learn risky procedures on live patients, leading to serious injury or death. 1 in 6 of the 800,000 Central Venous Catheterization (CVC) in the US will result in complication ( $2.17B /year). Training simulators are available, but often inadequate, inaccurate, expensive, and, thus, ineffective.
