Stuffed Tinda (round gourd, baby pumpkin)

8- 10 Tindas (Washed and Peeled)....make a cross-cut on the reverse sides at opposite diagonals (slightly more than 1/2 deep) In another bowl, mix together all the masalas for the stuffing: 1/2 tsp cummin seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsps coriander powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp salt Fill the stuffing masalas into each tindora on both sides Heat a pan, medium high, put oil, place tindas on it, put little water to avoid sticking. At 6-7 min intervals turn them on the other sides (will take at least 1/2 hr) Keep open for some time and garnish with chopped coriander.
