T Code: COIB. 1. Enter Material and Serial Number

2. Click on

. System displays the BOM items having Serial Number Profile.

3. Enter the serial numbers of the material used in the assembly. 4. Click on . The assembly is shown on right side.

5. Now enter Material and serial number for subassembly.

6. Click on

. System displays the BOM items having Serial Number Profile.

7. Enter the serial numbers of the material used in the assembly. Click on

8. Click yes. Now check the assembly shown on right.

9. Repeat the steps 1through 8 until the required data is maintained.

After all the materials are assigned, click on highlighted save push button and select As-Built in Foreground

System stores the data and creates an installed Base for future reference.
