Note: Process starts after creating sales Order T Code: IB61 1. Enter Sales Order number, Item number and select Sales radio button.

. System displays the Sales Order line item having Serial Number Profile.

3. Enter Sales Order Number and description for the Header. This will help in future reference. 4. Select Material line and enter Serial Number maintained for the material at the time of Delivery

5. Enter the second line item and its serial number

6. Repeat for all the line items in the sales order and save. System stores the data and creates an installed Base for future reference. To find the installed Base You can find this in two ways 1. T Code: IH20 Enter Serial number and press execute

Get the Installed Base and in-put in T Code: IB52

System displays the Details.

Alternatively follow the second method. 2. T Code: IB52/IB53

Click F4 to find the possible values. Select the appropriate line and press Enter.

Press Enter

There is one more way to track the serial number T Code: SA38 Enter Program: RIOBJK00 Execute Enter any of the details known and execute. Bingo
