CASE STUDY
Entrepreneurial Services A group of Institute of Administrative Science helps their fellows student in a project of entrepreneurship idea execution work. They work as social entrepreneurs and provide assistance in outdoor and indoor activities to all other groups. They only work for that group who contact to them for help. That group who contact first and call them more times they get more help. For this reason this help group did not work equally for all groups. Due to lack of time and more work this group members divide their work individually and assign them for different groups. Through this they work for more groups but it takes more time for each group because they are working individually. And if they are working for a group they didnt go for another group until they done their work. At the end of project some groups are very happy from their work and others are not because they didnt get any help.

How can they help maximum to each group? Is working individually is good strategy?
