Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University is proud to announce a two

day inter college technical festival TECHNOTRIX ’09 to be held in mid
November from 10:00 – 16:00 both days by the Electronics Department. The
festival will be a high profile event which would attract students from
colleges in and around Delhi to compete on a big scale and showcase their
talent.

This will be the Seventh Edition of TECHNOTRIX, the annual sciences fest of
the college. Last year, the event was attended by 1500 students and this
year the festival is expected to be attended by 1800-2000 students. The
festival is a forum for similar minds to interact, share and discuss the latest
happenings in the field of Electronics and help the growth of Electronics and
Sciences in India in the future. Apart from the technical events which include
Quiz, Presentations, Lectures, Group Discussions, Movie Screening etc, the
festival will also have a host of non technical events which include Ad Mad,
Gaming, Cryptography etc.

The success of the event depends on the generous support of our sponsors
to help fulfill all requirements and top level facilities for the event. We invite
you to participate and be associated with the event in a variety of ways
including monetary funds, sponsor prizes, events etc. and be recognized.
Sponsorship Package is outlined below. Other fund ideas and contributions
are also welcomed.

Sponsorship Package –

• Recognition as the launch sponsor of the event.

• Recognition of sponsorship in every event poster.

• Banners and Boards with logo and name in the college premises.

• Individual Event renamed according to the sponsor. (eg. XYZ Quiz)

• Logo/Link on the homepage of the event website.

• Logo and acknowledgement in the program brochure

• Permission to set up advertising stall/carry out events in the college

premises.
 • Verbal recognition at the start and end of the event.

Expected Budget of the event is calculated to be around Rs. 1 Lakh, details

of which shall be disclosed for your reference whenever needed. To contact
