MY FUTURE LIFE

I have a clear image of my life in the future, now all I have to do is make it a reality. My passions are soccer and music, and even though I dont want to pursue either, I hope they can be a part of my life in the future. I also love traveling, so I hope that at one point in my life I will be able to travel the world and see new places. I also dont want to live in just one place my whole life, I want to travel to new places and live in different parts of the world. After high school, I want to go to med school is Ireland, either UCD or NUI Galway. I hope to earn a scholarship, either for music or soccer. In university, I hope to study neurosurgery. In the UK however, students must gain entry into medical school. MBBS qualification (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) takes 46 years. After that, they must complete Foundation training lasting two years. Foundation training is a paid training program in a hospital or clinical setting that covers a range of medical specialties, including surgery. Finally, I would then be able to apply to enter the neurological route. Unlike other surgical specialties, it currently has its own independent training pathway which takes around eight years. Its a lot of schooling, but for me, its worth it. After I finish school, Ill be around 26-27. I want to live in New York after I finish school, and potentially open up my own practice. If not New York, then I want to live in London, or California. New York is my first option, because I LOVE living in the city and New York is pretty much THE city. I went last year with my mom at Christmas time, and I fell in love with the city. London is my second option because its another major city, and its always been a dream of mine to visit there, let alone live there. Now, the only reason I would want to live in Cali is because of the weather. Unlike New York and London, which can get very cold, California is for the most part, a hot place. Also, LA is in California, and I think it would be so cool to live there! All the stars live there, and my cousins live there and they absolutely adore it. But then again, I am a Canadian girl I could end up missing my cold weather.

I want to get married at around 28, hopefully to Neymar da Silva Santos Jnior, more commonly known as Neymar. Hes a Brazilian footballer who plays for La Liga club FC Barcelona, and the Brazilian national team as a forward and winger. If not Neymar, then just someone who is as weird and outgoing as me! After Im married, I want to have 2 kids. A boy, and then 2 or 3 years later I want to have a girl. I LOVE the name Ameia for a girl, or Clary. For a boy, I like the name Caiden or Keenan. Im going to raise my kids white-washed, just like me. But, they will have to know how to speak Punjabi, because even though I understand it, I dont speak it and I want them to be able to speak it as well, because thats one thing I wish I had done. I have many dreams I want to accomplish, and I have new ones every day. I have goals for school, soccer, piano, and just for myself as well. One of my goals for school is to achieve my A grade average again by next semester. For soccer, Ive had to give it up for medical reasons, but I still have goals for it. One of them is to be able to play again, and re-earn my spot on the HPL team I was playing for again. That is one of my bigger goals, but its a constant effort to hopefully get there one day. My goal for music is to get at least 90% on my exam this January, and get a gold medallion in the KVFIMF (Kiwanis Fraser Valley International Music Festival) I participate in every year. So, this is my plan so far. Im only thirteen, so I know that I dont have it all planned out yet. But, I know where I want to go, and who I want to be. My life is constantly changing, and so am I! At the very least, in my future life, I just want to be able to mark my place in this world and make a difference. Yes, thats probably one of the most clich things ever, but its what I drive to do, and what I drive to be! THE END

Juliet- it was so.. Realistic! I loved it! I mean the whole Neymar thing was. True maybe. But overall it was so well done. And I love how you said you change every day and so does your dreams. Denise- I like the fact that you already know what your dreams and goals in life and you got it all in your 800 something words good job. And what Juliet said, I love how you said you change your dreams every day! (: James- it was punctuated very well commas and periods in all the right places. Dreams that sound very interesting and well thought out. And very easy to read it didnt bore me it was interesting. Gurleen- this was very entertaining to read and real! Aha, I dont think your white washed, your just you soo yesh. YOURE PERFECT AT EVERYTHING. Pft, if Neymar wasnt married Im sure hed marry you. ;)
