The fund can be used for tuition payments, living expenses while attending a tuifion-free program, learning supplies, or test fees. To apply for a scholarship: + Applicants must be Jewish residents of San Francisco, Sonoma, or Marin County or the Peninsula. + Applicants must demonstrate financial need. + Training programs must be short-term and focused on a clearly defined vocational goal for which there are ready employment opportunities in the Bay Area, * Grants are limited to $1,800 each.
