I003 Inventory transaction - Counting

Inventory Management >> Common Forms >> Items Details Step 1: Select the item that you would like to post the counting journal for and click on On- an! button to review the on hand levels

Inventory Management > "ournals > Item counting > Counting Step #: Type <Ctrl- ! to create a new counting journal "#Cnt$% Select the inventory dimensions that are relevant to the journal%

Step 3: Click on the &ines button

Step $: Click on Create button and select on-hand option% Complete the information as shown below to create a list of items to be counted

Step %: Sort the journal lines the way you like and enter the counted 'uantities% Complete the information as shown below%

Step &: Close the journal lines form to return to the journal header% Click on the )rint button and select journal option to print and review the journal%

Step '* Click on the )ost button and select post to post the journal Step (* +o to journal lines and click on the #nventory button for one of the counted items ",-)aint./$ and select transactions option to review the transaction details

Step )* Click on the #nventory button and select on-hand option to review the new on hand levels
