Residence Life Department Policies

No student will be given a room assignment without first completing a Housing Application & Residence Hall License Agreement. All students entering the residence halls must carry a student ID. ach student assigned to a room must complete a Room !ondition Agreement "R!A#. Room ntering $olicy% the !IA and its representatives have the right to enter any residence hall room at all reasonable hours for the purpose of e&amining the room or ma'ing repairs or alterations necessary for safety and maintenance. (tudents may not have unregistered guests residing in their room. (tudents must personally vacate their assigned room for the stated duration of the established !IA summer and winter vacation periods) they may not reside in* nor return to* their rooms during this time. (tudents must completely move out of their residence hall room when they begin their &ternship semester* ta'ing all personal belongings with them "e&cept those students given special permission to reside on campus while completing their &ternship locally#. (tudents are not permitted to reside on campus if they are not attending their assigned classes.
