Ubhayachari Yoga is simply a combination of Vosi and Vesi
Yogas. Classical texts also prefer benefics forming Ubhayachari Yoga,
rather than malefics:

One who has Subhayachari Yoga (Ubhayachari Yoga formed by benefics) is a
princely individual possessed with corresponding wealth and comforts and beloved for
his amiability and compassionate nature. He will have beautiful limbs, be affable in
address, though speaking too much. Delighting the world, he is enthusiastic,
eloquent, renowned, wise, strong, a leader of men, and dear to the king.

One with an Asubhobhayachari Yoga (Ubhayachari Yoga formed by malefics)
will be wicked and mentally affected owing to public dishonor, and afflicted with
diseases. Engaged in the service of others, one is in indigent circumstances, and bereft
of learning, wealth and luck.

The main point of the Solar Yogas is that whatever a planet is
indicating, whether through natural qualities or yogas, that becomes
more productive and manifests larger, especially, when the planet is
forming other yogas that give dignity, status or success. Therefore, a
malefic or a benefic taking part in other good yogas and also forming
any of the Solar Yogas will improve the quantity of good effects of
the other yogas it is taking part in.
