Nursing Process- Assessment

Assess lung sounds, pulse and blood
pressure. Note the amount, color, and
character of sputum. Monitor pulmonary
function tests. Observe for wheezing.
Lab value alterations caused by medicine
May cause increased serum glucose and decreased serum
potassium. Last results show glucose (56) below normal, and
K+ within normal range on March 21, 2009
