1. CARACTERISTICAS Y FUNCIONES
1.1 Ambito de Aplicacin
Esta documentacin se refiere al DCSS5 (Subsistema de Control de Puertas) una nica
plataforma de hardware para utilizar con:
DO2000
HPDS-VF
HSDS-VF
Est enfocada a la comprensin del hardware. Para obtener informacin detallada
acerca del software, ver las otras secciones de este manual.
El DCSS5 sustituye al DCSS4. Para garantizar la disponibilidad de repuestos en
ascensores equipados con DCSS4, estar disponible un kit de actualizacin para
adaptar los conexionados de DCSS4 a DCSS5.
El DCSS5 es parte del sistema MCS (Modular Elevator Control System). Se comunica
como un elemento estndard con el Subsistema de Comandos de Movimiento (MCS):
(L) MCSS en un MCS311 / 321 / 413.

Comprobar adaptador discreto del DCSS
Desconectar los hilos P5-2, P5-3, P5-4. Acceder al men M-3-1-2.
El til de Pruebas muestra ST1, ST2 y ST3 en minsculas. Conectar
las entradas STx una a una a PE (tierra) y comprobar la pantalla del
til de Pruebas. El estado de las seales STx debe pasar de
minsculas a maysculas.
ATENCION: SI EL MOTOR ESTA CONECTADO EN LAS
PUERTAS SE MOVERAN
El til de Pruebas indica la causa del fallo (cortocircuito abierto, error de
conexionado en las lneas de seal. Solucionar problema mostrado
Comprobar:
- Conexionado de techo de cabina
- Estaciones remotas
- -24 V en P5.1
Fallo en adaptador del DCSS

slowly by hand the level has to change between values <1V and >12V.

the counter has to increment - while moving in closing direction the counter decrements under assumption that

Medir los niveles de voltaje de los trazos del encoder en los pin P3.2 y P3.3 referidos a Gnd (pin P3.5). Mientras se mueven las puertas
lentamente a mano los niveles deben cambiar entre < 1V y >12V.
El contador de
posicin del DCSS registra
los pulsos correctamente?
Acceder al men M-3-1-1, mover las puertas lentamente a mano. Observar la posicin del valor del contador. Mientras abrimos el
contador debe aumentar, mientras cerramos el contador debe disminuir (siempre que se haya realizado la instalacin). Si no se ha
realizado todava la instalacin el contador puede estar invertido.
