Above Products Manufactured by M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd.

382 213. from Dec.’2005.

Food & Drug Administration has given product permission on 24/04/2006 (Clobet
GM) under license no. G/28/1203, Enac Gel 26/09/2005, Fungdid B 26/09/2005 under
license no. G/25/1713 M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. used to manufactured
Universal Impex products on third party basis by charging job charges / excise etc.

(1) Deed of assignment dt: 04/10/2005.

(2) Universal Impex has terminated agreement on 29/09/2006 and 14/10/2006.

(3) Bombay highcourt has declared void & cancelled this D.A. on 06/07/2007 vide
order.

(4) Maharashtra State Food & Drug Administration (Ref No. DCA/JRM/568-07/Z-1)
has issued notice to M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. on 21/11/2007 for
same & similar (Clobet GM).

(5) M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. has given letter to commissioner
(Maharashtra State) on 12/05/2008.

(6) Maharashtra State Food & Drug Administration (Ref. No. DCA/474) has issued
letter dt: 02/07/2008 to Gujarat Drug Office

(7) Gujarat Food & Drug Administration (Ref. No. Mfg/G.M.Bell/J-2/52503/B) has
cancelled product permission on 12/08/2008.
 (8) Gujarat Food & Drug Administration (Ref. No. Mfg/Gmbell/J-2/08-73277/B) has
issued letter to Maharashtra Food & Drug Administration on 15/11/2008.

(9) Maharashtra Food & Drug Administration has issued another letter to Gujarat
Food & Drug Administration on 05/12/2008 (with 100 pages documents
evidence).

(10) Maharashtra State Jt. Commissioner (Ref. No. Clobet/12-8-09/zone-6) has

issued letter to Gujarat Food & Drug Administration on 23/01/2009.

(11) Universal Pharma has loan license with M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd.
on 24/10/2007 for Clobet – S Enac Gel, Enac Gel Excel
Loan Licence Details:-G/25/3746 – A Dt. 24/10/2007
G/28/4447 – A Dt. 24/10/2007 & Valid Up To 23/10/2012.

(12) After number letter and personal meeting we have received letter from
commissioner (Gujarat) office and assumed to take proper action against
M/s. Gmbell Healthcare (India) Pvt. Ltd.
