We claim that the kickball bounces more than the soccer ball when we drop it from ve feet and seven inches.! ! Evidence: We did seven tests and as we looked back at our data and found that the kickball's average is 7.4 bounces. The soccer ball's average is 5.2 bounces. Furthermore, we learned that the kickball bounces more than the soccer ball does because it's made of different materials and weighs less than the soccer ball. For every action force there is an equal and opposite reaction force. When the kickball or the soccer ball hits the oor (the action force) the reaction force makes it bounce back up. The higher you drop it from (or the more pressure there is when it hits the ground) the higher it will bounce. The reason the kickball bounced more is because the material it is made out of is different than the soccer balls. Different things made from different materials bounce more. We saw a soccer ball with the outside layer off and we saw and talked about how it makes it bounce differently then the kickball. In conclusion, the kickball bounces more than the soccer ball.!
