In my proposal three tools in therapy assist in P.T.S.D therapy. First I address the common daily interaction of diverse Service dogs allows for a wider natural tool. Breaking the frosted standard glaciation of sedatives and long term intoxicating costly prescriptions.. Working daily with service dogs assist in many structural daily needs. I can say personally to filter social stress Dutch may retrieve my house phone ,calm me if I become confined in a slow moving elevator or feel restricted in a crowded restaurant, find my often misplaced keys or book bag,sit by me to keep me calm throughout the day.Hispresense as in many service dogs . has been a 100%His presence as a tool has given a calm effect to offer Improvement of my mental and physical communication skills. Not requiring long term medications of Serotonin or Zoloft as anti-depressants has allowed a sounded control on nutrition. Secondly daily exercise of Yoga stimulates old scars of worn muscles to find tone, linking the mental need to stay physically active. Walking the service dog slowly activates Endorphins to also help in physical toning, stretching my mind and body .Opening a broader opportunity in counseling, and physical therapy, for myself and the diverse brotherhood of wounded P.T.S.D veterans. Thirdly To adjust physical pain levels to reduce medications being able to seek therapy in training in learning to adapt breathing away pain levels and stress in meditation. Today for the past six years has open a door to use my mind to adjust the need for not requiring long term anti-depressants and pain controlling

medications . As adapted during therapy sessions of Physicians and physical therapists Dr. Robin Carnes and DR. Annie Oklin. A direct quote by Dr. Robin Carnes 2010,at Walter Reed Medical Center as she was giving her Eahaulted Warrior Program in daily stimulation of opening service dogs as a calming tool and yoga to amputee veterans. .Adapting the mind through meditation breathing to realize the body to move in unison with a service dog to act as a calming therapy Carnes 2010 Adapting the use of service dogs, yoga and meditation breaks the standard long term dependency on prescription medication. Wounded veterans and therapist request the genera set down in therapy in principals of Dr. Oklin and Dr. .Carnes. Being able to communicate emotions and talk calmly without feeling a paranoid situation is a sunbeam to use and relied upon a service dog for comfort ,not using addictive or restrictive dosages of prescriptions. Showing the mind can still function completely and learn to walk again to self-adjust new requirements of pain with out dependency on ling term heavy prescriptions In addition to Individuality to work with compassionate therapist is the goal to unite the mind of the individuals to channel hidden energy, so to train the mind to adapt to recovery challenges of the soul with the body. Some argue Yoga, meditation, service dogs are a new branch on a tree for positive recovery. This source says challenge to inspire.
