Chemical Type
All type of chemical have been supplied by Champion Technology Inc. since October 1998. 1. Demulsifier 2. Water Clarifier/Reverse Demulsifier 3. Corrosion Inhbitor 4. Scale Inhibitor 5. Biocide 6. Oxygen Scavanger 7. Acid Neutralizer

Chemical Function
Demulsifier : to break the emulsion and separate the oil and water phase. Water Clarifier : to clarify the water from the oil filming. Corrosion Inhibitor : to inhibit the corrosion process. Scale Inhibitor : to inhibit the scale build up process. Biocide : to mitigate bacteria growth. Oxygen Scavanger : to scave oxygen content in water (mitigate corrosion process) Acid Neutralizer: to neutralized fluids in order to prevent corrosion and process upset.

Corrosion and Scale Monitoring

Corrosion Monitoring: Corrosion was monitored with coupon installation method, the data was taken as MPY (mills per year). Corrosion inhibitor was injected in some injection point as per corrosion rate data result. Scale Monitoring : Scale was monitored by scale coupon installation method and by determination of scale inhibitor residual content. Scale Inhibitor injection was applied as required base on monitoring data result

Corrosion Control
Cathodic Protection : Galvanic Anode or Impressed Current Anode, applied to protect under water P/L, platform structure and vessel. Corrosion Inhibitor Application, applied to protect internal corrosion of piping and vessel. Microbiological activity control; applied biocide treatment to protect internal corrosion of piping and vessel.

Scale Control
Applied scale inhibitor treatment, to prevent/inhibit scale growing at internal piping and vessel. Conducted pigging job, to clean up scale, mud, sludge at internal of pipe.

Pressure Vessel Cleaning & Inspection

Pressure vessel cleaning and inspection was conducted regularly as per yearly basis. Conducted internal & external vessel inspection. Thickness measurement. Calculate the MAWP (Maximum Allowed Working Pressure)
