In China, the current health care system is facing many challenges such as excessive growth in health care costs, poor accessibility for services, uneven quality of health care services, and uneven allocation of medical resources. Those problems will become even more serious without reform. One of feasible approaches for the reform of public health care system is utilization of information technology. It could effectively help increase efficiency of health care and balance resources of health service between demand and supply. Under this background, our company has created a wireless portable and terminal device for use in the health care system. This document will include the following for stakeholders: Product Introduction, for knowing details of product; Market Analysis for knowing potential market; Potential Benefits, for understanding profits model. Also it is include a background of design team. This document will help stakeholders to better understanding this product, and recognize potential profits based on existing market demand.

Product Introduction
The device is based on Windows7 operating system and Intel X86 architecture. Compared to Android and Apple IOS based mobile terminals, this devise is most compatible with application and software in the health care system in China. The CPU of the device is Intel Cedar trail N2600, which can support high-speed data processing and 1080P video displaying. It also owns a 10.1 inch multi-touch screen. The device features 16GB to 128GB of internal storage based on SSD which is an ecologically friendly medium for storage, and it can be expandable through the TF card slot. This device could support several networking modes such as wired connection, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G. It is suitable for large capacity

information viewing. It can conveniently record and transmit information such as the medical history and treatment of patients. Two high resolution cameras are inlay to the rear and front. The rear camera can timely provide real-time images for analysis and diagnosis. The front camera could display real-time images of patients for medical treatment, and all visualization can be saved for follow-up service. The ergonomic design of the devices handle is beneficial for carrying and using. The housing is made with antibiotic material to satisfy medical health standards.

Market Analysis
Macro market In 2010, the Ministry of Health of China formulated the Medical and Health Development Strategy in The Twelfth Five-Year -Plan. It stipulates that each local government must promote development of the health care service in accordance with national general requirements. This plan was mention that the major responsibility for local government is to establish basic medical and health system in order to provide safe, effective, convenient and affordable health services for urban and rural residents. In order to achieve this goal, the Central Government has increased investment in health care, and local governments are actively establishing health care data centers for a comprehensive and healthcare network. Traditional medical information systems utilize PC and laptops with very limited portability and real-time data sharing capacities. As the cloud systems have been massively constructed and used in the health care for data sharing in real-time, and have become increasingly effective to reduce redundancy and waste of medical resource distribution. Thus, the demand for smart devices such as our product is rapidly increasing.

Micro market The target market is the community health service centers which services for their surrounding neighborhoods. The population of elderly residents is increasing, and many of

them are suffering from various chronic diseases, and they have mobility problems and cannot stand for long periods. Thus, there have many inconveniences for them when going to the hospital for treatment. Therefore in the reform of health care systems, doctors and health care professionals are encouraged to visit and treat those patients in their own homes. Mobile medical devices such as our product will facilitate this kind of change from the traditional way, patients visit hospital for treatment, to doctors visit patients in remote services. Patients can stay at home to receive high-quality health service, which is the first goal. Also, another is that doctors and nurses could obtain more convenient and diverse methods of diagnosis during treatment process.

Potential Benefits
Economic Benefits For our company, the economic potential is straight forward. If the health service centers adopt our product, it will bring direct financial benefits to us. The device will assist community hospitals to improve operating performance and reaction efficiency. With the accelerated process of diagnoses, the amount of processed cases will increase per unit time of patients. Accelerated process of diagnoses allows clinics to have sufficient capabilities to serve more patients. Furthermore, it will decrease equipment and utility costs and reduce operating costs from electricity. The general expenditures for hospital operating include manpower, electric power, supplies, and equipment maintenance. Obviously, the proportion labor cost, generally including salaries for doctors and nurses and other personnel, cannot be easily readjusted because it is one of the most significant and necessary expenditures for hospital. Therefore, the key factors for reducing total costs depend on power, consumables and equipment maintenance. Thus, a medical portable terminal such as our product will effectively help solve these problems, because it has low cost of goods, small power consumption, and inexpensive maintaining cost.

Wuhan City Community Health Service System has adopted this device. The core of our tailored system is created for the information integration of community health services such as child immunization, maternal and child health, tuberculosis control and other medical services (ECG, B ultrasound, Lis). Also, this device is compatible with most existing medical information systems; all settings and operations are in the Chinese Windows menu form. After coming into use, the system is compatible with the Medicare card and hospital card; also it is convenient for patients registration, treatment, getting medicine, etc. As analyzed before, as the medical portable device such as our product is put into use, patients do not need to go back and forth to the hospitals; they can obtain high-quality health services at home. This then will effectively enhance the overall impression of the hospital by patients. Also this device is beneficial for providing flexibly and customized patient management according to the actual situation; and doctors and other health care professionals can provide personalized and humanized service for patients. It will effectively reduce disputes between patients and hospitals, and improve patient satisfaction. Also it can improve hospitals reputation, which is conducive for long-term development of the hospitals

Backgrounds of the Development Team

This medical portable terminal is designed and developed by our company and the Wuhan Institute of Medical Sciences. This device has already been granted a national patent of appearance design, the patent number is 201230121196.1. Before this project, the design team has had relevant experience of device development that designs a personal security device for cell phones. This design team has expansive experience and capability for technical supports.

According to feedback from trial operations in community medical health service centers, this device is not only providing high-quality health care services for patients who have mobility problems or no time to go to the hospital, but it is also assisting doctors and nurses to

record and observe patients situations, and to make more rational recommendations and decisions. Also, the adoption of this device has helped improve the hospital image and reduced disputes between patients and hospitals. Those benefits could fulfill and satisfy demand of existing health care services; also those potential benefits are profitable for stakeholders.
