Effects of Training on Employee performance Introduction

Employees are blood stream of any business. Training, motivation, technology, management behavior, working environment these all factor have basic role to overall the employee performance. The problem is how training affects the employee performance? This study is to analyze and understand the set of rules that related to the employee development through training that effect on employee performance. The purpose is to study the impact of training on employee performance. Without the proper training both the new and current employees dont keep their job in future. Training is learning process that involves skills, concepts, rules or changing of attitude and behavior that improve quality of the performance of employees. Firms which compete each other are concept of performance that linked with training. There are some benefits that depend employee training are the increased motivation, increase to adopt new technologies, increase new ideas of innovation and increase job satisfaction. Employee performance that is also affected all environmental factors. Roles or results and success are essential part of the performance from competitiveness and productivity and training is a way of increasing way of individuals performance. There are some factors for employee professional evaluation and development that is ability motivation, feedback, measurement, environment, standards, knowledge and skills. Training is key factor of improved performance that improves quality of employee. Training is one of the main activity to have qualified, flexible and proactive employees and to achieve the management knowledge. Employees who developed through unstructured training are less productive during a development period then those who have best training. The success of training depends on training needs, development and implementation of a training plan and evaluation. The result is that there is positive relationship between the training on employee performance or training is a positive impact on employee performance. There are some benefits that is the relationship between Training and Employee performance, to identify importance of training and meaning.
