Exam Notes and Procedures

A) Final examinations are required of all students in all classes, unless exempt from final exams due to an incentive policy. The incentive policy must be included in the syllabus and provided to all students at the beginning of the trimester. The incentive policy is: perfect attendance, parent permission slip on file, and the student has an A in your class. Students should not be allowed to deviate from the exam schedule (it is only at the end of the third trimester that teachers may choose not to require exams of seniors). Copies of each of your exams are to be turned in to Mr. Tibaldis Office by 8:10 AM on the day that the exam is given. Classes with exams longer than 90 minutes may begin testing prior to Monday, November 25th, 2013 Students are required to be in their classroom the entire exam period. Students are not to leave campus during the 15 minute break time and are to remain in the building area during this time. TCWSH remains a closed campus. Food Service Normal Schedule on the Full Day. On the half-days, the cafeteria will be open each morning until 8:10 am. The last day to enter grades will be Friday, December 6th at 3 pm.

TBA Career Tech Center Schedule

*AM TBA CTC students with a 1st period will test over two days Monday, November 25th and Tuesday, November 26th. They will release at 8:50 am (normal time) on to catch the bus to CTC. They will attend TBA CTC every day as normal except Monday, November 25th, where they will be testing at WSH for 4th and 5th hour exams. *PM TBA CTC Will attend every day as normal except Tuesday, November 26th , when they will be testing at West for 1st and 2nd hour exams. *ALL TBA Students - Check with your TBA CTC instructor you may be able to make up time in the afternoon on the half day or on Wednesday, November 27th.
