Armstrongs NATURAL CREATIONS had the coordinating colors and pattern we were looking for. We organized the three colors in an over scaled woven pattern to create a more visually active space that looked appropriate for both when the rooms were empty or lled with tables draped with white tablecloths for a dinner. A rmstrong floors are not recommended for exterior use, for interior spaces where pointed spike golf or track shoes will be used, or in areas where the oor will be subjected to unusually concentrated static or dynamic loads. Armstrong floors should not be used as wall covering or wall surfacing. PRODUCTS Armstrong warrants its regular (first quality) commercial oor products to be free from manufacturing defects for (see applicable products and years below) from the date of purchase. INSTALLATION Armstrong warrants the installation integrity for products from the date of purchase through the warranty period (see applicable products and years below) if installed according to the Armstrong Guaranteed Installation Systems manual, F-5061. The F-5061 manual is revised on a yearly basis, and oors must be installed according to the recommendations contained in the issue of F-5061 that is current and available at the time of installation. The applicable warranty for new product installations not yet included in the current version of F-5061 shall be the warranty and installation guidelines and procedures as outlined in the new applicable product literature, until such time that the F-5061 has been updated. WORKMANSHIP Armstrong does not warrant the installers workmanship. Workmanship errors should be addressed to the contractor who installed the oor. Your Armstrong commercial oor should be professionally installed by contractors who have demonstrated expertise in installing commercial oors. TERMS Within One Year: If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to Armstrong in writing within one year of purchase, Armstrong will supply new material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective material. Armstrong will also pay reasonable labor costs. Within Two Years: If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to Armstrong in writing after one year but within two years of purchase, Armstrong will supply new material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective material. Armstrong will also pay 50 percent of the reasonable labor costs. After Two Years: If a defect covered by this warranty is reported to Armstrong in writing after two years but within (see applicable products and years below) of purchase, Armstrong will supply new material of the same or similar grade sufficient to repair or replace the defective material. Armstrong will not pay labor costs. Armstrong will not pay labor costs to repair or replace material with defects that were apparent before or at the time of installation. EXCLUSIONS The following are not covered by this warranty: Improper installation Differences in color between products and samples or photographs Indentation from improper loading including high heels, spiked shoes, rolling loads, chairs or other furniture not using oor protectors Discoloration Failure of the floor to adhere to the subfloor due to, for example, moisture, alkaline or hydrostatic pressure from the suboor Inappropriate end-user activities THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. ARMSTRONG EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES AVAILABLE FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. PRODUCTS Armstrong guarantees to the original purchaser that, for 15 years from the date of original purchase, your locking laminate oor: Will not stain Will not fade from sunlight or artificial light Will not wear-through the decorative print layer Will be free from manufacturing defects Will not unlock at the seams ARMSTRONGWARRANTY PROTECTIONMEANS If you make a claim and follow our service procedures within the first year after date of purchase, Armstrong will provide materials either to repair or replace the defective area of the oor at our option. If the oor was professionally installed, Armstrong also will pay reasonable labor costs to repair or replace the defective area of your floor. If you make a claim after the first year after date of purchase and before the end of your limited warranty period, Armstrong will provide or pay a percentage of the reasonable material and labor costs (if the oor was professionally installed), for repair or replacement, at our option, of the warranted product. This percentage will be based on the number of years from the date of purchase and the remaining warranty period of the product, up to 15 years after date of purchase. For example, for a professionally installed product, which is covered by a 15-year warranty, Armstrong will pay 12/15th (or 80%) of the reasonable material and labor costs on an approved claim submitted 3 years after the date of purchase. NOTE: Any repair or replacement is limited to colors and styles of products available at the time of repair or replacement. If the original design is no longer available, Armstrong has the right to substitute another Armstrong design of similar value. The product must be of a similar structure and the customer may choose the design. See armstrong.com for full warranty details. FULL WARRANTIES The warranties described herein are given to the original purchaser only AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROCEDURES, LIMITATIONS, DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. The warranties cover only approved product applications as recommended by Armstrong Commercial Hardwood Floors and are effective on Armstrong products purchased after July 1, 1999 (See applicable products and years below). FULL LIFETIME STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY WARRANTY Armstrong Commercial Hardwood Floors warrants its products, in their original manufactured condition, to be free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, dimension and grading. Structural Integrity means that products will remain free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, dimension and grading for as long as the original purchaser owns the home or commercial ooring. Armstrong additionally warrants that all its engineered hardwood ooring products, even when applied on a radiant heated concrete suboor with a surface temperature not exceeding 85 F (29 C), will not buckle, cup or warp for as long as the original purchaser owns the home or commercial ooring, when properly installed and maintained according to Armstrong installation instruction procedures and when properly maintained in accordance with such instructions and the oor care directions provided on oorexpert.com. Hardwood ooring, being a natural product, will continue to expand and contract through normal heating and nonheating seasons. Properly installed hardwood oors may consequently experience some separation between boards at different times during the year. If such separations occur, they are not covered by this warranty. FULL LIFETIME ADHESIVE BOND WARRANTY Armstrong Commercial Hardwood Floors also warrants its Armstrong-approved recommended adhesive, when properly installed with engineered hardwood ooring products that meet all the technical specications that Armstrong Commercial Hardwood Flooring products meet, will maintain its bond for as long as the original purchaser owns the home or commercial ooring. Proper job site pre-inspection, installation and maintenance procedures must be followed. Adhesive breakdown caused by suboor moisture damage and/or water damage, including but not limited to, broken water pipes or ooding, is not covered under this warranty. Finish and Impregnated Wood Surface Warranties exclude any indentations, scratches or surface damages caused by lack of proper maintenance, misuse, negligence, spiked heel shoes, water, erosion, pebbles, sand, other abrasives or insufcient protection on furniture. Using manufacturers current recommended oor care products and oor protection products will allow you to maintain your oors endless, rich beauty. Use of oor care products other than those especially formulated for use on manufacturers ooring, may damage your oor and void the warranty. 3-YEAR PERMION COATING FINISH WARRANTY Products are warranted to the original owner/purchaser that the Permion urethane surface wear layer will not wear through or separate from the wood oor for a full 3 years from the date of purchase when used under normal commercial trafc conditions. ARMSTRONG WARRANTY PROTECTION MEANS If in the unlikely event any portion of your oor should fail with respect to the provisions of these warranties, Armstrong, at its sole option, to the original purchaser, will repair, renish or replace such portion, AT NO COST TO YOU, with the same product or another product of equal value. In the unlikely event Armstrong is unable to correct the failure after a reasonable number of attempts, Armstrong will refund, if requested, the purchase price for that portion of the oor that fails. For these reasons, new and/or replacement ooring may not match display samples and/or existing ooring. Due to color variations of product and/or samples, Armstrong is not responsible for the consumer matching ooring to other wood products, such as cabinets, stair railings, trim and moldings. Gloss reduction is not considered surface wear. Wood characteristics naturally occurring such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks and knots are not considered defects. Armstrong warranties are not transferable. No installer, retailer, distributor or agent, or employee of Armstrong may alter the obligations or limitations of any Armstrong warranty.

Note 1: Due to the textured surfaces and abrasive nature of these products, the use of scrubbing brushes is highly recommended. Do not use stiff-bristled, highly abrasive brushes as they may damage the oor. Note 2: The uniquely textured surface of SAFETY ZONE requires that close attention be paid to maintenance. Using conventional commercial oor nishes makes maintenance of the embossed surface easier. Do not use too much oor nish because it will reduce the slip-retardant characteristics of the tiles surface. As a guideline, maintaining 4 to 5 coats at all time should be sufcient. Note 3: Use only Armstrong S-392 Static Dissipative Polish. Using other polishes or sealers may interfere with the electrical properties and/or appearance of this ooring.
