Reflection:
My progress during this semester is:
In the Outdoor Invasion Games unit I have learnt a lot. I have learnt how to throw a Frisbee and that there are some techniques to throw it. Also I have reviewed some of the other stretches (dynamic stretches, static stretches, etc.) I also have improved some other techniques. Such as in the cooper run, you have to start slow and stretch any muscles that will be use before you run in this unit I had to push myself to achieve the goal i want and tried my best.

My target (s) for the next semester are/is:


My 5 targets for the next semester are: 1. Achieve the expected goal or go beyond it 2. Communicate more with others 3. To have more confidence 4. Express my thoughts more to the class 5. Try my best to be more active and involve to some other sports outside PE class so then I can be a little bit better in PE classes
