Chief Complaint: Wound on head Present History: Patient came to ER complained wound on head after fall from height

t 8 m 20 hours ago. When fall, his top of head hit the ground so that some bloody wound developed. The bleeding is continous and stopped after the wound sutured in Puskesmas Amfoang. Pain of wound (+), unconsiousness (-), headache (+) continous such as depressed pain and not relieved by anything. There is a bruised around the right eye that expand gradually after the accident. Pain of the bruise (-). Rhinorrhea (+) form of fresh red blood flow contionous and little by little but stopped six hours post trauma. Nose pain (-), nausea (+), vomitting (+) 4x contained food and fluid, projectil (-). SOB (-), chest pain (-), stomachache (-). There is no pain or wound on another part of body.
