ORDER

It was determined at the pre-hearing conference in this case that the case number
designation of 94-JTP-2 was incorrect. This case does not involve the Job Training Partnership
Act but rather the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the case bearing Case No. 94-JTP-2 is hereby administratively closed.
Correspondingly, a new case is hereby opened and is assigned Case No. 94-UIA-3. All
documentary materials in the 94-JTP-2 case file are hereby added to the file of 94-UIA-3.

It is also determined that the reference to the complainant in this case as Indiana
Workforce Development is also erroneous. The proper complainant designation is Indiana
Department of Workforce Development, State of Indiana. The Indiana Department of Workforce
Development was formerly called the Indiana Department of Employment and Training Services.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption of this case is hereby amended to reflect a proper
designation.

In view of the above, the proper caption of this case will now read as follows:
