TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: None JOB SUMMARY: Develop, create, set up and maintain Elkhart Countys parcel tax numbering system in a Geographical Information System (GIS). Perform general transfers of parcels per deed or plat. Compile information requests in the form of maps, tabular data, phone call verifications, and assisting real estate professionals. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree or completion of technical specialty program of 18 months 3 years required. Prefer bachelors degree or equivalent in depth specialty training program. 18 months job related experience required Real estate background, GIS training and/or degree preferred Pre-employment background check
