To Whom It May Concern:

We are writing this letter for the petition of the correction of our grade in Corporate and Social Responsibility, Handled by Dr. Dante P. Quines, BMM0204, First Semester of Academic Year 2013-2014, Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, Far Eastern University, Manila.

Dr. Quines found out that there are some discrepancy in the formula made by one of our classmate and it was not the appropriate computation that must be made in the subject and in our opinion, the grade that was reflected in our student portal was not equal on what we have computed on our last meeting with Dr. Quines. Our professor also have all the supporting details on what we are trying to say.
